Some people may think that you have no control over your feelings... Not love, type feelings but anger , happiness, joy, etc. But the fact is you CAN! If your feeling down n out, turn it around. Think of your happy place n what it feels like to be there, and really feel it fake it if you have to. Try playing a happy song or put on a funny show or pull out pictures of your loved ones. It is inevitable that you WILL turn the icky feelings into good feelings!!!!
