When you react to an event negatively, with the response that it is "terrible", you are putting passion into what you don't want.

You cannot bring what you want to you if you are feeling stress. Stress or any tension at all is something you have to remove from your system.

You must let the stress go - it is the only way you can bring what you want. The emotion of stress is saying strongly that you do NOT have what you want. Stress or tension is the absence of faith, and so to remove it all you have to do is increase your faith!

Back on track

This sort of post rings a bell.... I have been off track before and then I come back and say I am getting back on track, of course with no intentions of getting off track ever again, but sometimes you cant control getting off track, life happens and you deal with it move on get back on track and try to stay focused. Things have been kinda wacky lately which I will NOT go into because theres no point in it then more wackiness will ensue. Don't get me wrong gotta love a lil wackiness sometimes but not the sort that there has been. So onward....... I want to say that no matter what happens in life there is always things to be grateful for and you will always have those things to fall back on ALWAYS!!! I woke up to two beautiful faces this morning by surprise visit and it was the most awesome thing and it was just the pick me up I needed to know that everything is going to be ok, no everything IS ok!! I have great friends, family and co workers. There are so many great people in my life that I adore and that adore me I am truly blessed. So this weekend is all about appreciating people. HUGS TO EVERYONE!!
